IT ANALYST

Responsibilities

• System Design and Implementation: Develop, deploy, and maintain IT systems that meet organizational needs, including software, hardware, and network solutions.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve IT issues, providing technical support to employees and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze system performance, interpret complex data, and generate reports to inform business decisions Indeed.
• Project Management: Participate in IT projects, assess technical impacts, test system modifications, and support deployments and CRM management.
• CRM and Users' Training: Provide basic training and guidance to new hire on systems and processes, translating technical information for non-technical users, like CRM, Infotech, YZS App, etc.
