IT Application Architect

Overview

You will join our Group Technology area in a dynamic and highly qualified team. You will have the opportunity to lead complex application transformation projects related to wealth management, integrating the latest product innovations, cloud-based solutions, and new technologies (including generative AI).

What your activities will be

  • Design application architectures, integrating generative AI
  • Validate architectural choices in line with Group strategies
  • Re-engineer processes by evaluating feasibility, risks, and IT impacts
  • Guide external software factories in compliance with guidelines
  • Support QA, define Observability tools, and manage releases
  • Follow up on projects and application maintenance
  • Translate business needs into resilient architectures with IT
  • Support the PM on project status reports, anticipating risks and managing critical issues
  • Interact effectively with business, digital partners, and suppliers

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • At least 5 years as an IT Application Architect in complex projects, preferably in the finance sector
  • Architectures: Cloud-native patterns (Microservices, Event sourcing, CQRS). Mainframe migrations
  • Backend: Java (Spring, Quarkus), JS/TS
  • Data: SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), events (Kafka)
  • DevOps: CI/CD (Git, Jenkins) and observability (Grafana, Dynatrace)
  • Tooling & AI: Design (Mermaid, draw.io), Atlassian, AI (LLM)
  • Domain: Financial markets and Wealth Management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Angular and Flutter
  • STEM degree
  • English language C1
  • Solid experience as a Solution Architect
  • Knowledge of Intesa Sanpaolo frameworks (XDCE, BEAR).
