Overview
You will join the IT architecture function, focusing on the design and governance of AI‑enabled application solutions integrated into the enterprise ecosystem. You will define scalable and secure architectures, ensuring alignment with Group standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives, while contributing to the controlled adoption of Artificial Intelligence in application processes.
What your activities will be
- Design AI‑enabled application architectures integrated with legacy systems and enterprise platforms
- Define APIs, services, and application integration layers
- Design application flows based on AI agent orchestration and intelligent workflows
- Define integration patterns between applications and AI models and LLMs
- Design distributed architectures based on microservices and event-driven systems
- Ensure application security, data protection, and access management
- Ensure regulatory compliance, auditability, and traceability of solutions
- Identify and standardize reusable architectural patterns for AI integration
- Collaborate with development, Data, MLOps, Cyber Security, and enterprise architecture teams
- Support the definition of guidelines for enterprise AI adoption
- Evaluate AI technologies and frameworks, integration platforms, and orchestration
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 5 years of experience in the role
- Enterprise architecture and application integration
- Microservices and event-driven architectures
- API design and integration
- AI integration patterns and LLM orchestration
- Integration platforms (API management, middleware, ESB, iPaaS)
- Application security, identity management, and access control
- Regulatory requirements and compliance in regulated contexts
- AI model lifecycle and MLOps practices
- Complex enterprise systems and integration with legacy systems
- English language level at least B2
- Experience in banking or regulated contexts
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation ecosystems
- Integration between AI and core platforms (customer data, digital channels)
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
