IT Business Analyst

• Perform project management functions.
• Collect information from designated process owners and record all identified pain points.
• Develop a gap analysis document to support the team in evaluating the most suitable transformation project that aligns with both the process owner's requirements and the firm's objectives.

Qualification

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related courses.
• Possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience in the IT Business Analysis or a highly relevant field.
• Skilled in facilitating, researching, modeling, and defining requirements.
• Strong understanding of both business and technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is preferred.
• Equipped with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
