IT Department Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and improve computer network systems, including maintenance and infrastructure management.
2. Ensure network security per company policies.
3. Manage and maintain both software and hardware systems.
4. Promote and support IT training for staff and department members.
5. Troubleshoot, backup, restore systems, and source specialists when necessary.
6. Support users with increasing system demands.
7. Manage software and hardware procurement for optimal organizational efficiency.
8. Communicate internal updates and IT news to the team.
9. Report on activities and updates to other departments.
10. Regularly present technological advancements to the organization.
11. Collect data and analyze IT-related laws to establish internal standards.
12. Prepare various expense budgets, including manpower planning.
13. Achieve assigned tasks and organizational targets.
14. Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, aged 40-45.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server administration (Active Directory, SQL 2008/2012, Windows 2008/2012, firewall systems, ERP, TMS, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of TMS systems.
