IT Functional Manager - NetSuite Order Management

We are seeking an experienced IT Functional Manager to support, optimize, and enhance our order-to-delivery workflows across all order channels—ecommerce (Amazon, Shopify), B2B EDI, and direct sales. This role is the business-facing expert for order management processes within NetSuite, working closely with the Enterprise Architecture, Senior Specialist IT Operations and the other IT Functional Manager to ensure systems and processes meet stakeholder needs.
