As our IT Help Desk, you will be providing support to our staff in identifying and overcoming technical issues.
About the role
The primary functions of this role will see you:
Answering phone calls and emails related to IT support issues.
Providing a basic level of technical assistance to employees.
Troubleshooting minor IT issues.
Updating hardware and software packages.
Installing computer and network systems.
User administration (setup and maintaining accounts).

Literacy in technology and systems.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
