Egypt Education Platform is excited to announce a vacancy for an IT Help Desk - Fresh Graduate to join our technology team at Madinaty Integrated Language School. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate eager to start their career in Information and Communication Technology within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and students for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the help desk system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and assist in training users on how to utilize them effectively.
• Monitor and maintain the IT inventory and report on equipment needs as necessary.
• Collaborate with other ICT team members to improve the overall ICT infrastructure and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn about ICT systems and support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support a diverse range of users.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Residence in Obour, Nasr City, or El-Shorouk City is preferred.
