We're seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join a small, high-performing IT team supporting this busy manufacturing business. You'll provide support across office, manufacturing and remote environments, ensuring employees have the technology and support they need to do their best work.
This is a role where you can gain broad exposure and make a genuine contribution and visible impact within a supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, networks and business applications
- Respond to incidents and service requests via helpdesk, phone and in person
- Support onsite and remote users across multiple locations
- Manage issues through to resolution and maintaining strong user communication
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals
- Support Microsoft Office, Outlook and business applications
- Maintain asset records and support documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and improved user experience
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiative
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years' experience in an IT support, service desk or helpdesk environment
- Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and end-user technologies
- Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
