IT Manager - Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

The Manager of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity is responsible for the security, reliability, and performance of the network, server, and cybersecurity environment across multiple US manufacturing locations, supporting approximately 400 users at MW Springs. This role oversees, guides, and continuously matures both the IT infrastructure environment and the cybersecurity posture of the company. They are responsible for company-wide cybersecurity while monitoring and maintaining network and server uptime, supporting daily operational issues, business applications, and the introduction of new technology. The Manager of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity reports to the VP of IT and is a key contributor to the IT leadership team.
