This position installs and maintains computer hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and other technology while ensuring employees receive timely assistance with technology issues.

The IT Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for daily IT support while working closely with the company’s external IT consultant for server administration, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, backups , and other advanced technical services.
