IT Operations Analyst

The IT Specialist provides day-to-day administration of the firm's Microsoft 365 environment, end-user technology, and core IT operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across three locations. As the primary internal IT resource, this role supports employees across the firm, coordinates with managed service providers, administers endpoint and identity management processes, and continuously improves IT operations, security, and the overall user experience.
