• Supervise the operations area, ensuring proper functioning of personnel and materials.
  

• Lead the production department, maintaining quality, service, and efficiency.
  

• Provide leadership to the team, contributing to a favorable work environment, teamwork, and motivation.
  

• Participate in the recruitment, selection, induction, and training process for the team.
  

• Offer excellent service to all levels of the company.
  

• Manage and coordinate training to enhance the technical skills of the team.
  

• Ensure optimal use of resources in operations.
  

• Reduce costs and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  

• Manage conflicts and ensure operational stability.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or MBA.
  

• Languages: Advanced English (fluent).
  

• Experience: Over 5 years in operational management roles.
  

• Experience as a leader or project manager related to information technology.
