IT Project Coordinator
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Project
- Support a financial project focused on migrating NAS based file shares.
- Coordinate cross team activities and structured migration plans in line with milestones, timelines, governance standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage migration activities and track milestones and timelines.
- Coordinate Business Areas and technical SPOCs.
- Track QRA and ORC processes and security and risk compliance.
- Organise meetings, document outcomes and follow up on actions.
- Report progress, risks and blockers, identify dependencies and escalate delivery issues.
- Work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with three days per week from the office.
- Flexible work organisation, financed additional training, international English exposure, work life balance and integration meetings.

Key requirements
- Previous experience supporting IT projects, preferably infrastructure or NAS file share migrations.
- Basic understanding of risk, compliance and security frameworks, including QRA and ORC.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong coordination, tracking and follow up capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams.
- Ability to work in English in an international environment.
- Experience with NAS and file share technologies, enterprise file services, collaboration and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with file services and NAS environments.
