Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a project from requirements gathering through to solution implementation. You will define current and future business processes, facilitate workshops, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure that the solution meets business needs, quality, deadlines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery according to requirements, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Gather and document business requirements and processes.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Define and document current and future business processes using BPMN.
• Guide future processes based on the selected technology.
• Structure and coordinate the development team's activities.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Propose solutions and explain their potential impacts.
• Ensure the implemented solution matches the agreed business requirements.
• Ensure proposed solutions integrate effectively with the organization's environment and working methods.
