IT Project Manager (SaaS Procurement Implementation)_Contract

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, with a focus on SaaS Procurement Software implementation. You will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, budget control, risk management, and ensuring successful project outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, governance, and testing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and key milestones, providing regular status updates.
• Manage project budgets and ensure delivery within approved financial parameters.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and issue resolution activities.
• Drive adherence to project management methodologies, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 7+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience implementing SaaS Procurement Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, resource management, and change management practices.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders across business, infrastructure, risk, and technology teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to navigate governance, compliance, and internal approval processes effectively.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
