IT Security Support Engineer

We are looking for a Security Support Engineer to support enterprise environments and troubleshoot security-related incidents across endpoint, identity and cloud infrastructure.

• 2+ years of experience in IT security, technical support or systems administration
• Experience with endpoint security, EDR, antivirus or identity security solutions
• Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory and cloud technologies
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals
• Experience supporting enterprise environments
• Good English communication and documentation skills
• Experience with Defender security products would be an advantage
