IT Support Analyst

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide L1–L2 end-user support for users at the Singapore office.
- Support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related applications.
- Troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, networks, and other IT-related issues.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account and equipment-related support.
- Maintain IT assets and inventory, ensuring accurate records and proper lifecycle management.
- Manage incidents and coordinate issue resolution with JGES, ICT, GM IT, ITSS, and external vendors.
- Support IT operations improvement initiatives and various IT projects.
- Ensure timely resolution of end-user issues while maintaining a high level of service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk, or end-user computing.
- Hands-on experience providing L1/L2 end-user support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Good troubleshooting skills across PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, and networks.
- Strong incident management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
