We are seeking an IT Support Helpdesk Specialist to join our client’s Technology team, based in Auckland starting immediately.

What you’ll do
- Provide first‑level resolution and incident escalation for internal staff
- Escalate any high‑impacting incidents that pose financial, reputational, or security risks
- Maintain and regularly update the knowledge base
- Act as a key point of contact for technology issues
Managing Risk / Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and internal policies, supporting a safe workplace culture
- Attend all required health & safety and risk‑related training
- Identify and act immediately on risks, hazards, or potential causes of loss
- Proactively report injuries, illnesses, hazards, or incidents that may cause harm
What you’ll bring
- Excellent previous IT support experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and genuine enthusiasm for supporting people with technology
Qualifications
- Certificate in Business Computing, National Diploma in Business Computing
- Diploma or Bachelor in Information & Communication Technology
- Or relevant equivalent experience
