Prelude's corporate office is located in Mechanicsburg, PA. This position works onsite 5 days per week in Greenville, PA.

Position Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who thrives with regional day travel, enjoys building relationships with clients at several work sites, and is comfortable with working independently. The IT Support Specialist’s role is to support and maintain client computer systems, mobile devices, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware or software while ensuring optimal device performance. The IT Support Specialist will provide on-site or remote technical assistance to troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training or general assistance where required. They are also responsible for providing basic on-site telecommunications, applications, server and network infrastructure support.
