About the company
We are seeking a grounded, dependable, and hands-on IT Support Specialist to own all end-to-end technology operations for our Singapore office. This is a 100% onsite role designed for a professional seeking long-term stability, autonomous ownership, and a collaborative environment within a world-class legal firm.
About the role:
- Serve as the primary, hands-on point of contact for fewer than 20 office personnel (attorneys and business support staff),resolving issues ranging from high-level troubleshooting to day-to-day operational tasks.
- Install, configure, image, and repair laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and network interfaces. Maintain data room/closet components and local infrastructure.
- Handle setup, testing, and troubleshooting for audio-visual systems and internal/external meetings.
- Assist with hardware deployment, tech allowances, user access moves/adds/changes, and basic induction training.
- Partner closely with our regional tech team(reporting to the Tech Manager in Hong Kong and coordinating with our Tokyo analyst) to align with global standards.
Successful candidates
5 to 8 years of hands-on IT support experience. We value candidates looking for a stable, long-term position where they can truly own the local environment.
Good communication skill to support international partners, attorneys, and regional colleagues.
Prior experience in a legal or professional services firm is advantageous, but we warmly welcome candidates from all industry backgrounds who exhibit strong service discipline.
Sound knowledge of Windows/mac OS environments, Microsoft Office Suite, mobile management (iOS/Android), remote access (Citrix), and basic networking.
