IT Support Technician

About the role We’re looking for a part‑time IT Support Person to provide day‑to‑day IT support across our business. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level IT support to staff across production, sales, maintenance, and admin

• Set up new devices, install software, and maintain user accounts

• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues

• Assist with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

• Escalate complex issues to the Senior IT Support Person

What we’re looking for

• Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk

• Understanding of hardware, networks, and Microsoft 365

• Good problem‑solving and communication skills

• Customer‑focused, organised, and eager to learn

Hours

Guaranteed minimum 20 Hours per week.
