IT Technical Analyst

Performs designing, integrating, developing, testing, and deploying IT services, solutions and processes. Provides first level support for IT services and works with IT Technical team to resolve issues. Supports multiple standardized or a few complex IT services/processes, in support of a limited number of functional areas and locations. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 Years minimum experience.
