IVMS Technician

• Serving customers by installing and servicing systems and products. • Establishing service by studying system requirements, gathering components, and completing installation; performing acceptance tests. • Maintaining rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements. • Maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential. • Directing our technical support team in case you notice any technical problems in our IVMS (An electronic device fitted in vehicle) hardware. • Reporting to Operations Manager on your weekly activities and achievements. • Carrying out tasks within your capacity as Technical Support to help our clients to obtain more benefits using our fleet software.
