Java Developer with Ruby-on-Rails
- Excellent hands-on skills with Ruby on Rails (Preferably Rails 3.0+)
- Knowledge and experience in relational databases preferably MySQL
- Experience in Performance Tuning and Benchmarking
- Good experience with Javascript/Ajax/Jquery coding skills
- Good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility
- Good understanding of web technologies and familiarity with Unix/Linux
- Exposure of TDD/BDD is a plus
- Able to handle a team and take the responsibility for the deliverables and releases
- Ability to work under deadlines ensuring good quality Personal
- Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to details
- Minimum 4+ year of professional experience
