Java / Web Developer (4 immediate openings)
The resource will be providing ongoing support for the iRep and Bill Estimator applications, experience with such is preferred. Telecom experience is highly desired.
Use the latest technologies, tools, and techniques (J2EE, XML, Web Services, EAI tools, Agile/Test Driven Development, etc.).
Act as the primary integration developer on internal projects
Provide production deployment support for application integration
Designs, Codes, tests, implements and maintains high-quality business applications and functionality
Works with management, release team members, and software development team members in identifying integration approaches and addressing data concerns.
Mentor junior development staff in coding, design, integration standards / techniques / tools and Agile development methodologies.
5+ years experience with Object Oriented design and Java development in a J2EE environment
2+ years of web services experience or other middleware tools
Experience developing using XML technologies
Experience in Agile methodology a plus
Telecom experience a plus
Start date – ASAP. 12 months contract with extension. Stable environment.
