Jr. Technical Project Manager

As a Jr. Technical Project Manager reporting to Sr. Director - Delivery Management, you'll play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that meet business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards across systems integration and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and manage assigned project workstreams, ensuring delivery against defined specifications, quality standards, costs, and timeframes.

  • Support mid-size project execution under the guidance of senior project managers, applying established project management methodologies.

  • Coordinate resources and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across functions and regions.

  • Identify and manage risks, changes, and dependencies to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

  • Build effective working relationships to drive progress, resolve blockers, and meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Some years of experience in project management, including systems integration or product development environments.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or a regulated technology environment.

  • Exposure to global or cross-functional teams.

This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
