🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory functions accurately and in accordance with company quality requirements
• Maintain proper records in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity requirements
• Prepare media and other materials required for testing
• Perform washing of glassware and depyrogenation
• Carry out environmental monitoring as required
• Perform QC checks of media and laboratory consumables
• Receive and inspect incoming test samples against accompanying documentation
• Resolve sample discrepancies according to SOPs
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory materials against Delivery Orders
• Generate accurate and timely test reports
• Maintain good laboratory housekeeping and equipment / laboratory maintenance
• Support laboratory investigations, deviations and CAPAs
• Provide support during internal and external audits
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory
• Support method development and validation of routine and customised testing services
• Assist with client test demonstrations when required
• Report any laboratory events that could potentially impact safety, quality or compliance
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and applicable laboratory requirements
