Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Responsibilities: - Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. - Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. - Support senior analysts in creating reports, presentations, and workflow diagrams. - Participate in meetings and communicate findings to various departments. - Help in testing solutions and verifying that project outcomes meet business needs. - Maintain project documentation and assist in tracking deliverables to ensure timely completion.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced business environment. - Prior internship or entry-level experience in business analysis or related field is a plus.
