About the role

As a Junior Data & Systems Analyst, you will support the development, maintenance and optimisation of reporting, integrations and business systems across the firm. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented and motivated to build practical experience across enterprise platforms, data infrastructure, automation and business applications while working closely with experienced team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Support data accuracy, integrity and governance processes across key business systems.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards and basic data analysis activities.
  • Provide support across ERP, CRM, SharePoint and other business applications, escalating issues where required.
  • Contribute to system implementation and improvement projects, including documentation, testing and rollout activities.
  • Assist with integrations, automation workflows and testing activities using tools such as Power Automate, APIs, OData and Workato.
  • Work collaboratively with senior team members, software vendors and implementation partners to support solution design and issue resolution.
  • Participate in structured training and development to build knowledge of enterprise systems, data flows and integrations.

Relevant skills

A genuine interest in systems, data and automation, with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical capability. You bring good attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Technology exposure or a genuine interest in business systems, data, automation and integration tools will be highly regarded. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound organisational skills and the confidence to ask questions and escalate issues appropriately will support your success in this role.
