Junior Financial Analyst
This role is part of the Group Finance team, supporting financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering across functions. The Junior Financial Analyst will work with cross-functional stakeholders to manage costs, support reporting and dashboards, and improve processes to drive better business decisions.
1. Finance Business Partnering (Technology & People)
- Support finance partnering for technology and people-related teams
- Provide analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Work with stakeholders on IT projects, vendor management, and cost control (OpEx and CapEx)
- Help ensure proper financial control and discipline
2. Headcount & Cost Control
- Work closely with HR and business teams on headcount reporting
- Ensure accuracy of staff costs, including salaries, benefits, and contractors
3. System & UAT Support
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
- Focus on ensuring reports are accurate and reliable
4. Reporting & Dashboards (Process Improvement)
- Support the creation and maintenance of management reports, scorecards, and KPI dashboards
- Work with system and data teams to improve reporting
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest simplification or automation
- Help reduce manual work and improve data accuracy and report turnaround time
5. Ad-hoc Analysis
- Provide analysis and reporting support as needed
- Assist management in making informed business decisions
