Junior Product Manager
You will plan, organize, and oversee development activities with the Tech Head. You will manage product timelines, resources, and budgets; coordinate developers, researchers, and stakeholders; maintain product documentation; facilitate communication between technical and non-technical members; identify and mitigate risks; track milestones and KPIs; support project management best practices; and maintain onboarding and process documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan, organize, and oversee development activities
- Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate developers, researchers, and stakeholders to align efforts and meet project goals
- Maintain and review product documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members
- Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks in the development process
- Track product milestones and KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership
- Support project management best practices
- Develop and maintain Native-related materials, onboarding guides, and process documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software development or blockchain or DeFi projects
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Notion and GitHub
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
