Position Overview
We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crews, and ensure all exterior cleaning projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee field crews on job sites
- Coordinate scheduling and daily production targets
- Ensure quality control across all services (window, gutter, siding cleaning, and interlock re-grouting)
- Train and support team members to improve performance
- Communicate with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain safety standards and proper job site procedures
- Track job progress and report on production metrics
Compensation
- $24–$36 per hour
- Commission and performance-based bonuses
- Flexible schedule
