Junior Project Manager
Summary
Junior Project Manager at Miquido overseeing 1–3 small to mid-sized IT projects under an experienced PM, acting as client contact and supporting Agile delivery, documentation, and reporting for Polish and international clients in a hybrid Kraków setup.
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 1–3 small to mid-sized IT projects for Polish and international clients under an experienced Project Manager.
- Act as the client contact, support communication and build positive working relationships.
- Help define requirements and prepare user stories, basic project plans and other documentation.
- Organize project tasks and support alignment with Agile methodologies.
- Prepare reports, update documentation and support billing processes.
- Develop practical project management skills with mentorship and support.
- Hybrid work setup with attendance at the Kraków office as required and flexible working hours.

- Submit a CV and a short video answering two questions, followed by a screening call and a final technical interview.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:
- At least 1 year of project coordination or related experience in a software house.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication in Polish and English, minimum C1 in both languages.
- Basic knowledge of Agile and Waterfall and willingness to learn best practices.
- Hands-on experience with IT project development, preferably mobile projects.
- Direct client experience, especially in international or cross-cultural settings.
- Interest in IT development, software project management and emerging technology.
- Availability to work from the Kraków office as required.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, a technical IT background, and hands-on use of AI productivity tools.
