Junior QA Engineer
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects from discovery through resolution
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements, reproduce bugs, and verify fixes in an agile environment
- Learn the platform’s architecture and business logic to anticipate issues and improve test coverage
- Contribute to QA process improvements by providing feedback, documenting best practices, and promoting a quality-focused culture
- 1-4 years of QA experience in both manual and automated testing
- Experience with Jira and bug-tracking tools
- Proficiency with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Ability to create and execute test plans with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
