How You'll Contribute:
- Learning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Reaching out to candidates and clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Writing and posting compelling job ads
- Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Working with senior consultants on live roles and projects
- Learning sales techniques and client management strategies
What Were Looking For:
- A genuine interest in recruitment, consulting, and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to hit targets and achieve results
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree (any field) or relevant experience in customer service, sales, or HR is a bonus not a must.
