You proactively source and identify people for our team who are likely to succeed in the long-term role.

From a large number of applications, you quickly identify the candidates best suited for the job

Discipline, personal responsibility and a sales-oriented mindset are the key traits you must recognize and accurately assess in candidates

What you offer

Excellent command of German (C1 level)

Experience in evaluating applicants and talent, ideally supported by relevant training or a degree in psychology

Strong ability to identify suitable candidates for the call center industry through targeted questioning

Excellent knowledge of the labor market regarding call center’s profiles
