Your leadership will include:
· Providing regular supervision, coaching and practice leadership to the team.
· Building a positive, accountable and learning-focused team culture.
· Supporting mātua whāngai and whānau caregivers, including around complex care needs.

What you will bring
· A relevant professional qualification and current registration as a social worker, or a similarly registered allied professional.
· Demonstrated experience leading and managing people, including supervision and professional development.
· Credibility as both a people leader and a practice leader.
· A genuine commitment to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and working in culturally responsive ways.
· Knowledge of the NGO social services sector and an understanding of the care system.
· The judgement and confidence to work autonomously, while collaborating well and solving problems early.
· Experience using a practice framework and/or outcome measures to improve quality and impact.
· Strong organisation, time management, documentation and reporting skills.
