Key Account Manager

Location: On-site, Monterrey, Nuevo León

Work Shift: Monday through Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

· Experience

· 2 to 3 years in commercial roles (KAM, Senior Sales Executive, or similar)

· Experience with IBM, Microsoft, Google or Oracle

· Background in retail or consumer electronics

· Knowledge of premium IT brands

· Proficiency in retail processes

Technical Skills:

· Key account management and negotiation

· Advanced Excel

· CRM handling

Performance KPI’s:

· Achievement of monthly / quarterly / annual quota

· Revenue and margin growth

· Forecast accuracy

· Account profitability

· NPS and customer satisfaction
