L2 Production Support
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Application Support or Software Development.
- Experience with Java/J2EE programming and application development.
- Strong IT background with intermediate-level knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL and Linux.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application and system issues effectively.
