We’re working with a well-established telecommunications infrastructure business delivering major dark fibre projects across Australia. This is a hands-on Land Access & Permitting role where you’ll own approvals, stakeholder engagement, and access coordination to keep construction moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage land access and permitting activities across projects
Prepare and issue Land Access & Activity Notices (LAANs)
Ensure work is compliant with client specs and government requirements
Coordinate landowner engagement, site access, inductions, inspections, and scheduling
Manage objections, complaints, and enquiries within contract timeframes
Maintain accurate documentation, systems updates, and records
Liaise with councils, building managers, authorities, and other external stakeholders
Contribute to weekly/monthly progress reporting
Support access planning to reduce risk and protect delivery timelines
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Strong experience in Pit & Pipe network construction
Understanding of HDD boring and trenching techniques
Land access / permitting experience in civil or telco environments
Knowledge of LAAN processes and governing guidelines
Familiarity with Telstra DCAF and related procedures
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid admin/documentation discipline and ability to prioritise workload
Confident with Excel, Word, Google Earth Pro (Visio a bonus)
Current driver’s licence
