🏠 What You’ll Be Exposed To
- Residential, commercial and industrial conveyancing matters
- Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal documents
- Legal searches, due diligence and completion work
- Liaising with clients, banks, developers, agents and authorities
- Managing conveyancing files from start to completion
- Working closely with senior lawyers and learning the practical aspects of conveyancing
👩⚖️ Who We’re Looking For
- Called to the Singapore Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor
- Freshly called lawyers or 0–2 years' PQE
- Conveyancing experience is welcome, but freshly called candidates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
- Most importantly — willingness to learn and a genuine interest in property law
