Brainsome is looking for a Lead DevOps engineer to join our team in Cyprus!
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the existing infrastructure system.
Collaborate with the Development team to enhance production stability, availability, and reliability.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Work with various cloud providers to support scalable deployments.
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
Participate in technical decision-making and process improvements.
Experience:
Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS).
Proficiency with service mesh solutions (e.g., Consul).
Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
Practical expertise in managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Redis: performance tuning, replication, and backup strategies.
Working knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
Applied experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of load balancers such as HAProxy.
Management experience of a senior team of 3+ people.
