Lead Driver - Metro QC

The Lead Driver is responsible for safely monitoring vehicle operations. The primary objective of the Lead Driver is to ensure operators are providing a safe, reliable, and friendly transportation to Customers. This position will be the first line of response in service delivery for incidents and accidents. Assists with supervising operators, which may include training, work allocation, and problem resolution. May assist with organizing and conducting classroom and behind-the wheel (BTW) training sessions.
