Lead ERP Data Analyst
Salary: AUD 125 - 135 per hour
Lead ERP Data Analyst- Contract to May 2027 + 12-Month Extension

We are seeking an experienced Lead ERP Data Analyst to support a major ERP transformation program. This role will focus on data cleansing, profiling, quality assurance, mapping, and migration activities across enterprise datasets, with a strong focus on Finance data (essential) and HR data (highly desirable).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP data cleansing, remediation, mapping, and migration activities
- Profile and analyse large datasets to identify data quality issues
- Develop and automate data quality checks and validation rules
- Produce reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders
- Support data governance, compliance, and privacy requirements
- Mentor and coach internal data professionals
Essential Experience
- Strong ERP data migration experience, particularly with Finance data
- Extensive experience in data quality, profiling, cleansing, and remediation
- Proven experience supporting large-scale data migration projects
- Strong understanding of data governance and quality management
- Experience communicating insights to technical and business stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement and mentoring skills
- HR data migration experience
- Experience with Aurion, TechnologyOne, Workday, SAP, or Microsoft platforms
- Power BI and/or Tableau
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Federal Government HR or Finance data experience
