Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer
We're seeking a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to build user-friendly, high-performing interfaces and frontend integration libraries that deliver GenAI and intelligent automation capabilities to teams across IT, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end GenAI-powered applications, emphasizing intuitive web-based UIs and high-performing client-side API integrations
- Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces tailored for streaming responses and minimal latency
- Create and maintain a library of reusable frontend components, hooks, and design systems for enterprise-grade GenAI applications
- Deliver LLM-based experiences using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex combined with OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to rapidly iterate on innovative AI UX patterns, including chat assistants, prompt builders, and feedback loops
- Ensure security, accessibility, observability, and comprehensive test coverage across client-side and full-stack builds
- Deliver responsive, accessible, and high-performance web UIs suited to AI-driven interactions such as streaming text, prompt inputs, citations, and summaries
- Maintain a shared library of reusable frontend components and hooks so internal teams can seamlessly integrate GenAI capabilities into their own applications
- Develop UI components that provide transparency, observability, and trust in AI-generated outputs
Requirements
- Background in building production applications with React, TypeScript, or Vue for enterprise use cases (5+ years)
- Expertise in full-stack software engineering spanning frontend UIs, REST APIs, and microservices (5–8 years)
- Proficiency in integrating GenAI features, LLM APIs, and prompt UI patterns into web-based applications (2+ years)
- Skills in Python backend development, along with 2+ years building and consuming cloud microservices on AWS, Docker, and REST APIs
- Showcase of building, documenting, and maintaining reusable component libraries, design systems, and custom hooks
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with real-time streaming UX patterns, such as SSE/WebSockets, prompt builders, citations, and summary UI components
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and approaches to designing accessible UI components
- Capability to work with client-side or Node.js LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex orchestration
- Understanding of RAG pipelines, vector search platforms like Pinecone or OpenSearch, and embedding fundamentals
- Competency in AI evaluation tools, feedback loop design, and interface-level guardrails
