Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead infrastructure, cloud & network engineer to manage, support, and optimize the organization's on-premises, cloud, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong L2 and L3 support expertise across Microsoft technologies, enterprise networking, virtualization, security, backup solutions, and cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, scalability, and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure and network environments while supporting business-critical systems and leading technology transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Infrastructure administration- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
- Administer Windows Server environments and related services.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.
- Manage operating system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and operational standards.
- Administer Active Directory, Organizational Units (OUs), DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policies (GPOs).
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure AD Connect.
- Implement and support Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Manage user provisioning, permissions, and security policies.
- Administer and support:

LAN/WAN/WLAN management
- Manage and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network devices.
- Administer switches, routers, wireless controllers, and network appliances.
- Ensure network availability, reliability, and performance across multiple locations.
- Perform network capacity planning and bandwidth optimization.

- Support Azure networking and security services.
- Optimize Azure resource utilization and costs.
- Administer OCI Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security services.
- Manage Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN), Route Tables, Security Lists, and Load Balancers.
- Configure OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Support OCI Backup, Monitoring, and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Participate in cloud migration and modernization projects.
- Manage network security controls.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and hardening standards.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and mitigate infrastructure and network security incidents.
- Support compliance requirements and governance initiatives.
- Manage Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPN solutions.
- Manage VMware vSphere / ESXi environments.
- Provision and maintain virtual machines.
- Support high availability and disaster recovery configurations.
- Optimize infrastructure resources and performance.
- Perform datacenter capacity planning.
- Administer enterprise storage solutions:

- Manage Windows device lifecycle and patching activities.
- Support desktop and laptop infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure and network environments using:

- Perform root cause analysis for major incidents.
- Resolve escalated L2 and L3 infrastructure and network issues.
- Maintain incident, problem, and change management records.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for complex issue resolution.
- Lead infrastructure, cloud, and network deployment projects.
- Support branch office setup and connectivity deployments.
- Maintain network and infrastructure diagrams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and improvements.

Required qualifications
EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Experience- 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure and network engineering.
- Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise multi-site environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience managing Azure and OCI environments.
- Experience with virtualization, backup, networking, and security technologies.
