Lead, Platform Engineer

The Lead, Platform Engineer provides senior execution-oriented technical leadership within Guild's Platform Engineering & Developer Experience organization. The role is responsible for translating platform capability objectives and architectural direction into effective engineering execution across the IT Factory platform ecosystem. Operating primarily within IT Factory, the Lead, Platform Engineer combines broad technical competency with hands-on engineering leadership to improve execution effectiveness, implementation consistency, and engineering predictability across Platform Engineering initiatives.
