Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is scaling rapidly to support the next generation of AI and large-scale enterprise workloads. We are seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs and business operations for complex, cross-OCI initiatives. This role combines technical program leadership with executive-level business operations. You will partner with senior executives, engineering leaders, finance, product, operations, and infrastructure teams to translate strategic priorities into executable plans, investment decisions, operating metrics, and measurable business outcomes. You will create the mechanisms that enable executives to understand portfolio health, make timely decisions, allocate resources, and manage delivery across interconnected OCI programs. The ideal candidate can move fluidly between technical depth, business analysis, executive communication, and operational execution.
