Lead Production Support Engineer

You will lead, maintain, and optimize production systems for availability, performance, and security. You will troubleshoot critical incidents, implement monitoring and automation, manage SQL databases and Linux servers, lead deployments, optimize system performance, and ensure PCI-DSS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and optimize production systems for availability, performance, and security.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production issues.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting systems, and automation scripts.
• Manage and optimize relational databases, including performance tuning and complex SQL queries.
• Manage Linux-based servers, including configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Lead production deployments and releases with minimal disruption and downtime.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to deliver features and updates.
• Identify and resolve system, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Ensure production environments comply with PCI-DSS, regulatory requirements, and security and data privacy practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in production engineering, operations, or systems administration.
